Die aromatisch riechende Pflanze <em>Plectranthus barbatus<\/em> enth\u00e4lt eine Reihe von Wirkstoffen und \u00e4therisches \u00d6l in Bl\u00e4ttern und Wurzel. F\u00fcr die innere Anwendung wird ein Tee mit 2 Bl\u00e4ttern und kochendem Wasser zubereitet, der 2 bis mal pro Tag getrunken wird. F\u00fcr die \u00e4u\u00dfere Anwendung werden 20 Gramm der frischen Pflanze in 100 mL Ethanol gel\u00f6st.
